NBPEIMMHL & NSMMHL: Inter-League Weekend*

The NBPEIMMHL and the NSMMHL had another inter-league weekend, and the Nova Scotia teams blew out the New Brunswick and PEI teams. Nova Scotia won 10 of the 12 games played, and six of those 10 games ended with a three or more goal difference. Dartmouth defeated the Islanders 11-1, South Shore defeated the Rivermen 6-2, and Dartmouth defeated the Wild 8-2.

In the NBPEIMMHL the Saint John Vitos are still leading the league with 14 wins and three losses earning them 28 points. The Moncton Rallye Motors Flyers are in second place with 10 wins and seven losses earning them 21 points. The Vitos have the most goals for with 74, and third place team Kensington Monaghan Farms Wild have 72 goals for.

The Wild’s Brodie MacArthur is leading the league in points with eight goals and 22 assists earning him 30 points. The Vitos’ Ian Smallwood and the Caps’ Brandon Stone are tied for the most goals with 13, and the Vitos’ Anderson MacDonald is in second place with 12 goals. Jacob Stewart from the Vitos is the top goalie with a 2.02 goals against average and Michael Parkhill, also from the Vitos, is in second place with a 2.09 goals against average.

In the NSMMHL the Cole Harbour Pro Hockey Life Wolfpack is leading the league undefeated with 22 wins (three overtime wins and one shootout win) earning them 44 points. The Steele Subaru Major Midgets are not so closely in second place with 11 wins, a shootout win, and four losses earning them 27 points. The Wolfpack are leading in goals for as well with 114 and the Major Midgets have 94.

Dylan Riley from the Valley CIBC Wood Gundy Wildcats is leading the league in goals and overall points, with 18 goals and 15 assists earning him 33 points. Shaun Miller from the Wolfpack is leading the league in assists with 22. Lucas Fitzpatrick from the Wolfpack is leading in save percentage with 0.93 and goals against average with 1.63.
