The London Jr Knights once again make their way to the Central Regionals. This year they qualified after a 4 game sweep of the Kitchener Jr Rangers in the Alliance Finals.
The Jr Knights led the Alliance with 162 goals scored this year despite only having a single player in the top 5 in the league in scoring (4th).
This tells me they have the depth to not rely on a single player or line in getting their offence rolling. Wes Kelly finished the regular season on top for the Jr Knights with 22 goals, 23 assists for 45 points in 35 games played.
In net Zach Weir played the majority of game with a 17-5-0 record due to veteran goaltender Ryan Langford getting injured. Langford however finished the season healthy with a 10-2-0 record.
