There were 13 games played last weekend in the SMAAAHL, but only one game was close in score: the Notre Dame Hounds defeated the Regina Pat Canadians 2-1 in a shootout. All other games had a two or more goal difference. There were three shutouts: the Prince Albert Mintos beat the Swift Current Legionnaires 3-0, the Yorkton RawTec Maulers beat the Battlefords Stars 3-0, and the Moose Jaw Generals beat the Saskatoon Contacts 2-0.
The Moose Jaw Generals have 12 wins, two losses, and three overtime losses earning them 27 points. The Prince Albert Mintos are close behind them with 12 wins and three losses earning them 24 points. The Generals have the most goals for with 58, and the lowest goals against with 33. Derrick Budz from the Maulers is still in first place with 12 goals and 14 assists earning him 26 points. Damian Bentz from the Maulers has the most goals with 14, and Erik Hardiner from the Mintos has the most assists with 18.
