The top few teams in the league are not close, with 11 points separating the top two teams and 8 separating second and third place. However, the middle of the league is a much closer race with teams in sixth to ninth place only having one or two points separating each other. These teams will be scrambling in the last week of the regular season to secure a playoff spot.
The Eastman Selects have never left the first place position all season, and with 37 wins, one overtime loss, and two shootout losses they have 77 points. The Wild have remained in second place all season and have 32 wins, five losses, one overtime loss, and one shootout loss earning them 66 points. These teams have clearly secured their playoff spot long ago.
Brad Goethals from the Eastman Selects is leading the league in goals and overall points with 39 goals and 26 assists earning him 65 points. Riese Gaber from the Parkland Rangers is leading the league in assists with 34. Matt Rodomsky from the Wild is the top goalie with a .940 save percentage and 1.31 goals against average.
